Brian McFadden announces fiancée’s pregnancy following miscarriage heartbreak

Congratulations are in order for Brian McFadden and his fiancée Danielle Parkinson who have announced they’re having their first child together.

Speaking about the wonderful news of expanding their family, Brian said, “We’re 15 weeks along now.”

And his partner Danielle added, “We’re due on 14 May. But they said normally with your first baby it can be early.”

The happy couple, who have been together since 2016, have previously opened up about suffering two heartbreaking miscarriages.

Brian and Danielle were trying naturally for two years and ended up seeking IVF treatment. They fell pregnant twice but sadly both pregnancies ended in miscarriage.

However after 17 months of IVF they are now past the three-month mark in their pregnancy. Although Danielle has admitted she “feels awful”, saying that it feels like a miracle because of all the messages she’s received on Instagram who can relate to her struggle.

“The IVF community is so lovely and I’ve heard real traumatic stories from people who have been trying for 10 years, people who have had eight-plus miscarriages, so I feel we got lucky on our third attempt,” she told OK! magazine.

The pair, who got engaged in 2019, have also thanked Mike Tindall and Zara Phillips for getting them in touch with a specialist nutrition expert who pick them on a “certain diet”.
