Irish singer-songwriter Brian McFadden has unveiled the gender of the ‘little angel’ he is expecting with his fiancée Danielle Parkinson.
In late November, Brian and Danielle announced the joyful news that they are set to welcome a baby in mid-2021.
The couple had struggled massively over the past two years, suffering two devastating miscarriages as they availed of IVF treatment.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Brian shared further happy news, revealing that Danielle is carrying a baby girl.
Sharing a picture of their latest scan, Brian wrote: ‘Say hello to our little angel! We’re having a GIRL!’
Friends and fans of the couple were quick to share their congratulations, as former BoyZone member Ronan Keating commented: ‘Congratulations guys. Wonderful news.’
Olympic medallist Becky Adlington shared a series of pink hearts, offering her congratulations to Brian and Danielle, while former Irish rugby international Peter Stringer was also among the celebrities to welcome the news.
Brian, 40, already shares two children with former wife Kerry Katona, 19-year-old Molly and 17-year-old Lilly, but the expected arrival will be 39-year-old Danielle’s first child.
Brian and Danielle have been in a relationship for some four-and-a-half years, and began their attempts to start a family at an early stage in their romance.
Their baby daughter, who is due to arrive in May, was conceived with the help of Naturopath Dr Simone Laubscher, who also assisted Zara and Mike Tyndall to have a baby.
